About Us

Welcome to Balanced Safety Consulting ! With experience both in the construction/landscape field as a worker and equipment operator and now as a safety professional for the last 8+ years as a designated NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer). With this experience I fully understand the importance of a balance between both safety, compliance and production while still being a profitable organization.

As I am sure you are aware, the way of the times of not needing safety and just “getting it done” has quickly passed. Having an effective safety program that balances both the safety of the workers, the liability of the employer and maintains compliance can be a difficult task for some organizations, especially without a safety background.
